The Commission is currently working with regulatory agencies, educational organizations, state legislatures and established licensing boards to outsource licensing for the professions listed below.

While feedback has been encouraging, there is no guarantee any state will engage our services to license these professions. However, we do offer the states a cost-effective way of regulating these industries.

The following is a list of areas we are qualified to license on behalf of any state -- states have the option to pick and choose:

Other Licensing Boards

The License Commission truthfully believes that certain licensed professions should be placed under existing license boards. For example:

1. Medical doctors who are also homeopaths or naturopaths should be licensed and regulated by the Medical Licensing Board as Licensed Medical Homeopaths and Licensed Medical Naturopaths. All other homeopaths and naturopaths should be licensed as classical homeopath or traditional naturopath technicians or coaches.

2. Dieticians who are also nutritionists should be licensed by the Dietician Licensing Board as a Licensed Dietary Nutritionist.

3. Medical Doctors and Chiropractors who are also nutritionists should be licensed by their respective boards as Licensed Chiropractic Nutritionist or Licensed Medical Nutritionist. All other nutritionists should be licensed as technician or coaches.

4. Psychologists who also help their clients reduce and manage their pain, stress, weight and addictions should do this under their psychology license.

5. Psychologists who use aromatherapy, biofeedback, hypnosis, neurotherapy and other interventions should also be allowed to do these things under their psychology license.

6. Technicians and coaches working under the supervision of a psychologist, chiropractor, medical doctor or other licensed professional approved by the state should be licensed as a coach or technician by the appropriate board -- the Commission or the psychology, chiropractic, medicine or other board.

7. Professionals in any of the health-care professions who advise or counsel their clients should be licensed by the chiropractic, counseling, medical or psychology license board.
